1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small files websites can store in your browser. Websites may also use technologies such as local storage for preferences. Spanish cookie rules apply to certain storage and access technologies even when personal data is not directly involved.

2. What this website uses

• Necessary website functions: technical measures required to deliver the site, support requests, prevent spam and protect enquiry forms, including Cloudflare Turnstile. These remain available when optional content is rejected.
• Cookie preference storage: a first-party local-storage entry named rova_cookie_preferences_v1 remembers your external-content choice for up to 180 days, or until you clear browser storage or change your preference.
• Optional external articles: Soro powers the RÔVA Journal. Its third-party embed is blocked by default and loaded only when you consent. When enabled, Soro may use cookies and browser storage, with types and durations dependent on the service's implementation.

Cloudflare's Turnstile service may use security-related storage under its documented practices. For details, read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The site's Google Fonts load directly from Google and may transmit basic connection details; this is not controlled by the optional Soro cookie choice.

3. Optional categories and consent

Essential: technical site and security functions. These do not require optional-cookie consent where the applicable legal exemption applies.

Optional external content: the embedded Soro Journal. This is off unless you actively select “Accept optional”, enable it in settings, or choose “Allow and load articles” on the Journal page.

We do not currently include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or an advertising-cookie category in the website files examined for this update. If these are added later, they must be separately assessed, disclosed and blocked until valid consent is given where required.

4. Change or withdraw your choice

Select Cookie Settings on any page to accept, reject or change optional external content. It is as easy to reject as to accept. If Soro has already loaded and you withdraw permission, the page refreshes so the third-party embed no longer runs. Cookies already set by third parties may also need to be deleted using your browser settings.

If you clear your browser storage or 180 days pass, the site will ask you again. You can still use the contact form without enabling Soro.

5. Providers and independent controls

RÔVA MOTORS EV S.L. is responsible for this website's preference controls. External services involved include Cloudflare (security), Google (web fonts) and Soro (optional articles). Their own privacy and cookie terms may change. The complete cookie names, expiration times and any additional provider cookies should be verified on the live site using browser developer tools before treating this policy as a final compliance inventory.
